Allow yourself and your body time to breathe and relax. Consider beginning your day with activities that help you focus your thoughts. Whether it's a few minutes of meditation, penning down your thoughts in a diary, or simply taking time to contemplate, these techniques can help you relax and clear your mind.

  3. Get Sufficient Sleep: We can all agree that going to bed and waking up at the same time daily does require lots of discipline.
